*Job Description*
- Handling Food & LM matters
- Advising & approving on Labelling requirements under Food & LM Acts.
- Reply to Notices under Food & LM matters
- Filing of Appeal under Food Laws, wherever required.
- Preparing defence for Court Matters with Advocates
- Assisting Advocates in Courts
- Liasioning with Govt. Authorities and Associations
- Preparing objections/representations on behalf of the Company
- Informing internal stakeholders about new/change in Food & LM Laws
- Ensuring of MIS preparation for the matters handled
- Identifying and updating Database of Advocates for Food Matters (All India)
